Lakewood Historic

This home was converted from a 2 flat to a single family home. Chrissy Dillon Interiors was engaged to select all the architectural finishes for this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 5,000 sf home in Chicago. The client wanted to preserve the historic character of the home but update the layout and finishes for a modern day lifestyle.  We incorporated antiques and vintage elements like hardware and reclaimed windows to emphasize the historic nature of the space.
